Donna is a founding member of the Band and has played bassoon since high school. She is currently the President of Fern River, Inc. a woman-owned small business based in Prince William County since 2003 that provides consulting services to meet the training, software, analysis and data needs of commercial and government clients. Prior to starting Fern River, Mrs. Peck managed multiple federal contracts with budgets in excess of $10 million and served as the Director of the Training Technology Resource Center (TTRC) for the U.S. Department of Labor. She holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Computer Science, an M.A. in Economics, and an M.S in Homeland Security Science.
